摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的水平变化及临床意义。方法:应用ELISA方法测定53例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及对照组健康人血清中细胞间粘附分子-1的含量。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清ICAM-1明显高于对照组;糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清ICAM-1明显高于非糖尿病视网膜病变患者;增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者高于非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者。结论:ICAM-1可能在DR发病中起着一定的作用。 AIM : To explore the changes of the level of intercellular adhension molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in serum in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) and its clinical significance. METHODS: The serum levels of ICAM-1 were measured with enzyme-link immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 53 patients with type 2 diabetes and 20 healthy individuals (controls). Among 53 diabetes patients, 39 patients had diabetic retinopathy including 25 cases with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and 14 cases with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR); the remained 14 patients did not have diabetic retinopathy. RESULTS: The levels of ICAM-1 in serum of DR patients were higher than those in control group. The levels of ICAM-1 in serum of DR patients were higher than those in non-DR patients. The levels of ICAM-1 in serum of PDR patients were higher than those of NPDR patients (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION. ICAM-1 may play a role to some extent in the pathogenesis of DR.
