摘要
急性肾衰竭是临床常见的危重症,其主要特征是肾功能急剧下降,病死率较高。近年来,国内外在连续肾脏替代疗法、药物治疗、细胞因子及营养治疗急性肾衰竭上有了新的进展。
Acute renal failure （ARF）, characterized by sudden loss of renal function, which is the common severe crisis with high ease fatality. This article reviews internal and abroad progresses in treating acute renal failure including continuous renal replacement therapy, medication, cytokine and nutritional therapy.
