高频电刺激丘脑底核治疗帕金森病作用机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson Disease,PD)是一种发生于中老年时期,以震颤、肌强直、运动减少、姿势异常为主要特征的进行性神经系统变性疾病。目前的外科治疗手段主要有立体定向损毁术和丘脑底核高频电刺激术。立体定向损毁术是应用最为广泛的传统手术方式,它虽然可以改善PD运动症状但却是以核团毁损为代价的。随着人们对PD病因和发病机制的研究的深入,丘脑底核的重要性已经被越来越多的学者所重视,它与基底节的许多核团都有广泛的神经纤维联系,被称为基底节活动的动力"源泉"。在PD动物试验和PD患者临床治疗中,丘脑底核高频电刺激均取得了令人满意的疗效,但是其作用机制至今仍然是医学界的一个难题,本文就最近几年的研究进展做简要综述。
