摘要
对二肽、三肽的吸收虽然已有大量研究,但小肽在反刍动物体内究竟怎样代谢及其营养作用还不十分了解。本文综述了国内外反刍动物小肽营养的研究进展,重点阐述了小肽在反刍动物体内的吸收,利用及代谢及其影响因素。
Considerable evidence has been accumulated regarding the absorption of dipcptides and tripcptidcs, yet, the nutritional and metabolic significance of peptide absorption is not fully understood, especially in ruminants. This article stated the recent advance of nutrition of small pcptide in ruminant and mainly focused on the absorption, utilization, and metabolism of small peptide in ruminant and influential factors.
