摘要
为快速响应市场需求变化,开发了用于纺织小批量或样品生产的计算机集成制造系统(CIMS),集成了纱线和织物计算机辅助设计(CAD)系统、生产工艺管理系统(PMS)和由一系列数字化信息化小样纺纱和织造设备构成的计算机辅助制造系统(CAM).文中给出了系统集成的详细方案,分析了不同要求下的快速响应时间,探讨了各组成部分功能的实现方法.
Based on quick response for the market change, the textile computer integrated manufacturing system（TCIMS） is developed for the manufacturing a small batch or a sample of yarn or fabric, TCIMS is integrated by the yarn and fabric CAD system, production management system and yarn and fabric CAM system formed by a series of digital and informatization devices of sample spinning and weaving. The structure of TCIMS is expatiated, the quick response time is analyzed under different condition, and the function and realization methods of each procedure in TCMIS are discussed.
