摘要
研究了雷公藤甲素对小鼠免疫功能的影响。分别用碳粒廓清实验、DNFB诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应实验、T淋巴细胞转化实验和血清溶血素测定方法,观察雷公藤甲素对小鼠免疫功能的影响。发现雷公藤甲素25μg/kg能抑制小鼠的血清溶血素水平;100μg/kg抑制小鼠迟发型变态反应;雷公藤甲素0.3～25μg/ml处理小鼠T淋巴细胞,其受刺激后增殖情况显著差于正常小鼠;以25、50、100μg/kg雷公藤甲素处理的小鼠,吞噬系数α与正常小鼠比较,有免疫抑制的趋势,但无统计学意义。
To investigate the suppressing immunity activities of triptolide, based on the methods of carbon particle clearance reaction, delayed hypersensitivity reaction, the lymphocyte transfer and serum hemolysin test, the immunosuppression effects of triptolide were studied. Triptolide suppressed the degree of serum hemol sin to some extent and the immunity of mice cell by relieving the delayed hypersensitivity reaction at the concentration of 25 μg/kg and 100μg/kg respectively. The proliferation of T lymphocytes and immunosuppress activity were observed by treating 0. 3-25μg/ml triptolide, and the change of phagocytosis index α showed a tendency of immunonsuppress activities at 25, 50,100μg/kg triptolide, which was not significant in statistics.
