摘要
目的探讨眼挫伤的预后及相关因素在司法评定中的规律性。方法对138例的致伤及修复资料进行综合分析研究。结果开放性损伤一般能配合治疗,预后较好;部分闭合性损伤常受诉讼心理支配,可导致预后不良。结论司法评定中的首诊体征与结局常受多种因素的影响,应予注意。
Objective To discuss the regularity of the eyeball contusion and related factors in evaluation. Methods To research 138 cases of eyeball contusion retrospectively. Results the patients usually can be cured cooperatively and the result is quite good after the treatment. Some patients often are influenced by litigation psyschology and the result isn＇ t good after the treatment. Conclusions The prognosis of eye contusion is influenced by various factors.
