臀部皮肤巨大褥疮继发鳞状细胞癌及全身转移1例 被引量：5

A Case of Hip Skin Enormous Decubital Ulcer Developing to Squamous Cell Carcinonta and Disseminated Metastasis

摘要 报告1例臀部皮肤巨大褥疮继发鳞状细胞癌及全身转移。患者女,33岁。车祸后臀部巨大褥疮22年,继发鳞状细胞癌及双侧腹股沟淋巴结转移3个月,下腹部皮肤转移1个月,全身骨转移半个月。组织病理示高分化鳞状细胞癌。
