摘要
目的:研究日本植物药日本屋久岛莪术中的有效成分。方法;采用甲醇提取,甲醇/正己烷分配.硅胶柱分离和光谱,X线,CD分析以分离纯品并确定结构。结果:确定了新的储类化合物difurocumenone的结构包括其立体结构。结论:Difurocumenone被认为是由两个倍半萜化合物经立体选择性的Diels-Alder反应生成的,这对于研究莪术植物体内的生物合成路线是有意义的。
objective: To study bioactive components from Japanese plant medicine Yakushima island Zedoariae Rhizoma. Methods: Using methanol extraction, distributing between methanol and n-hexane, isolation by SiO2 column and spectrum, X ray, CD analyze to isolate pure compound and determine the structure. Results: Structure including stereostructure of difurocumenone having been determined.Conclusion: Difurocumenone seems to be obtained by stereoselective Diels-Alder reaction of two sesquiterpenes. This is important for studying biosynthesis way in Zedoariae Rhizoma.
