摘要
介绍了基于变压器可控负载的新型消弧线圈的结构和原理,在此基础上分析了整套装置的控制系统设计。该消弧线圈实现电感调节的原理是:将电压型PWM逆变器作为变压器二次侧的受控负载,通过控制逆变器的输出实现变压器一次侧等效电抗的调节。控制器基于DSP和CPLD数字芯片,DSP实现逆变器驱动脉冲的计算和生成,CPLD实现对逆变器的多重保护功能。详细分析了控制系统实现自动调谐、逆变器输出电流控制及整机协调与联机通信的方法。最后,试验结果证明了该消弧系统能够准确、有效地补偿电网对地电容电流,验证了整个控制方案的正确性。
The structure and principle of a load theory of transformer is analyzed and fundamental principle as the controllable of the arc- suppression load of transformer' s novel arc- suppression coil based on the controllable the design of its control system is presented. The coil is that:the voltage source PWM inverter is taken secondary winding and the equivalent reactance of transformer's primary winding is thus regulated by controlling the output of inverter. The digital controller applies DSP for the calculation and generation of driving pulses and CPLD for the multi -protections of inverter. The implementation of automatic reactance tuning and inverter output current control is analyzed in detail,as well as the self adapting and on-line Communication. The experimental results have verified the validity of control scheme and show the proposed arc- suppression system compensates the capacitive grounding current correctly and effectively.
