一株耐高温碱性脱硫菌的分离及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 从内蒙古某处土壤中分离得到一株脱硫菌株,为耐高温碱性脱硫菌,记作GDJ-3,菌落微小、淡黄色或白黄色,延长培养时间,中心呈现红褐色,细胞呈杆状(0.3~0.6μm×1.0~1.2μm),运动,G(-).能在含硫代硫酸盐、硫酸盐、亚硫酸盐、硫化物的培养基中生长,以CO2为碳源,以铵盐或硝酸盐为氮源.结合16s RNA测定结果,并与已有GenBank数据进行比较,该菌株与Alpha proteobacterrium sp.(97%)和Ochrobactrum sp.(98%)有较好的同源性.对细菌培养条件进行研究,初步得到较为适宜的培养条件:温度为45℃,pH值为8.5~8.8,摇床转速为150r/min,在此条件下进行培养计数,知其世代时间为18h.按DDS脱硫液的配制方法配制脱硫液,并人为地加入硫代硫酸钠和硫化钠,同时调节该细菌浓度为107/mL以后,进行再生研究,经9.5h,脱硫液有害成分硫代硫酸钠和硫化钠的含量分别减少了14.75g/L(减少率13.21%)和0.76g/L(减少率87.36%),并产生单质硫.该研究为DDS脱硫液的再生提供了菌种来源.
