摘要
为了提高大学生国防军事训练耐力跑成绩,采用实验法、比较分析法等研究方法,对当代大学生在国防军事训练耐力跑项目上,如何提高运动成绩的原因进行分析。结果表明:应采取有效的手段和方法进行有针对性的训练;培养他们对耐力跑的兴趣并克服恐惧心理的同时,提高大学生国防军事训练耐力跑成绩;应确定达到提高广大大学生身体素质和建立提高国防军事训练的目的的训练体系。
In order to improve the college students'scores of endurance running in the national defense military training, this paper analyzes the canses, puts forward effective measures and methods to carry out pertinent training and to raise their interest in it, thus making sure of achieving the goal of the national defense military training and enhancing the physical quality of the college students.
