摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化胺对蒙脱石进行改性,并将其嵌入到蒙脱石的片层中,再与聚丙烯熔融插层制备聚丙烯/蒙脱石纳米复合材料。讨论了纳米复合材料的力学性能与改性蒙脱石加入量之间的关系,通过扫描电子显微镜及X射线研究复合材料的结构特性。结果表明,复合材料的冲击强度大大提高,冲击断口显示出较强的韧性断裂的特征。复合材料的类型为插层-剥离型。
Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (HTAB) was interalated inte the layered montmo-rillonite, and then blended with polypropylene so as to prepare the polypropylene /montmorillonite nan-ocomposite. The relationship between ratio of material and the mechanics performance of composite also discussed. The structural characteristics of the composites were studiesd by means of scanning electron microscopy, wide angle x-ray diffraction. The results indicated that the impact strength of composites was increased greatly, the characteristics of the fracture is tough. The type of composites was interalated-stripped.
