摘要
根据痔病病因肛垫下移学说，为探索内痔更有效的治疗方法，作者研制了一种新型痔钳，此痔钳有A型和B型两种。A型用于较小内痔的治疗，B型用于较大内痔的治疗。其附件为特制的肛门拉钩，便于暴露手术视野。新的内痔缝合术的操作程序，不去除痔上正常直肠黏膜，仅用痔钳在内痔基部钳夹，用可吸收线将痔体连续缝合，即可使痔体在原位萎缩。近2年来以此法治疗内痔317例，近期治愈率100％；随访196例，随访期6～24个月，无1例复发。结果表明，此术疗效确切，操作简单，术中术后无大出血，痛苦小，无直肠、肛门狭窄等并发症和后遗症，费用低廉，是一种值得推广应用的新疗法。
Accordance with the theory of hemorrhoidal disease etiological ＂lower shift of anocushion＂,authors have developed a new series of hemorrhoidal forceps which are to apply to the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoidal forceps include two types.type A is designed for the treatment of smaller internal hemorrhoids,and type B, of the bigger ones. These forceps have special accessories which are used for anal retraction during operation in order to expose surgical field. The operational manipulation is simple：after clamping and holding an internal hemorrhoid at its base, continuous suture of the hemorrhoid body with absorbable suture thread is the only thing to be done,resection of the suprahemorrhoidal rectal mucosa is not neccessary, the sutured hemorrhoid will wither by itself. This apparatus is applied to clinical treatment for 2 years and of 317 patients with internal hemorrhoids underwent surgical operation with this apparatus. As results,the short-term cure rate was 100% ,follow-up of the 196 cases revealed no recurrence 6-24 monthes postoperatively. It is concluded that this novel apparatus and new technic in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids is of many strong points,such as effectiveness in therapeutic results,simplicity in operation, no massive bleeding in intra-operation and postoperation, less pain, no such complications as anal or rectal stricture,and lower cost.
