摘要
与以往的以硫化钠为硫源采用高温聚合合成聚芳硫醚类树脂的方法不同,采用先合成含硫醚键的单体,然后进行低温溶液缩聚,合成了高分子量的新型聚芳硫醚砜酰胺(PASSA)树脂,其特性粘度可达到0.75 dL/g。并对单体及聚合物进行了结构与性能表征。通过热分析得出聚合物的玻璃化温度为279.9℃,热分解温度为461.5℃,表明PASSA具有优良的热性能,是一种新型的具有优良耐热性能的树脂。其溶解性实验表明其为优良的耐化学腐蚀性树脂,具有广阔的应用前景。
Diamine monomer containing sulfide was synthesized firstly, then polyarylene sulfide sulfone amide(PASSA)with high molecular weight was synthesized at low temperature. The intrinsic viscosity of PASSA can reach 0.75 dL/g. Monomer and polymer were characterized by conventional methods. The polymer possesses excellent thermal properties, the glass transition temperature (Tg) was 279.9 ℃, and the thermal decomposed temperature (Td) was 461.5 ℃. It suggested that PASSA was a novel heat-resistant material. The solybility tests showed that PASSA also was a corrc,sion resistance material.
