摘要
简要介绍了开放存取期刊的产生背景、实现模式和特点,着重分析了它对图书馆信息资源建设影响,总结了开放存取期刊的分布及获取途径,并提出了开放存取环境下图书馆利用开放存取期刊资源进行信息资源建设的建议。参考文献16。
The paper briefly introduces the background, realization pattern and characteristics of open access journals, analyzes their influence on the information resource construction of library, summarizes the distribution and getting methods of them and at last gives the suggestion on how to take advantage of OAJ to carry on information resouree construction. 16 refs.
