摘要
以辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(SSOS)为壁材,以月见草油为芯材,喷雾干燥法制备微胶囊.研究了SSOS包裹月见草油乳液的乳化稳定性,结果表明随着取代度的增加SSOS的乳化稳定性增加.探讨了月见草油喷雾干燥微胶囊化过程中主要的工艺参数,得出了最佳工艺条件:SSOS取代度0.117,微胶囊芯材与壁材的质量比1.4∶1,乳化搅拌速度600 r/min,喷雾干燥进风温度190℃;在此条件下获得的微胶囊产品平均粒径为56.9μm,包封率为98.72%.
Microencapsulation of evening primrose oil with starch sodium octenylsuccinate by spray drying was investigated. The degree of substitution can increase the stability of microencasulation and the optimal degree of substitution was 0. 117. The optimum ratio of core material to wall material was 1.4 : 1, emulsion stirring speed was 600 r/min and inlet temperature was 190 ℃. The microencapsulation at this condition has the average particle size of 56.9 μm, encapsulation efficiency of 98.72%.
