摘要
详细分析了QY16汽车起重机回转台在实际应用中的受力情况,建立了回转台受力数学模型,用有限元方法分析计算了三种典型工况下回转台的刚度和强度.通过分析受力最恶劣的工况一,证明该型号的回转台的设计基本上满足要求.最后,给出了进一步改进回转台设计的方案.
According to the loads situation of QY16 autocrane' s slewing table in work, a load mathematics model was built. The rigidity and intensity of QY16 autoerane' s slewing table under three typical load cases were analyzed with finicte element analysis. The design of slewing table can meet the engineering standard which has been proved through analyzing the worst load case. According to the work conditions of engineering, some methods to improve the design of slewing table are proposed.
