摘要
介绍了进度周报在项目沟通中的应用和体会。重点分析了进度周报对项目进度产生的影响。以某石化企业全厂性设计项目的进度周报为依据,提出项目进度控制点的分布图,总结出进度周报的应用经验,为规范进度周报的应用,完善进度周报的内容提出了建议。
The application of Weekly Progress Report in project communication is described. The impact of Weekly Progress Report on project schedule is analyzed. Project Weekly Progress Report can effectively strengthen the communication of the relative parties involved in the project, provide solutions to the project schedule problems and save time and cost in project implementation. On the basis of Weekly Progress Report No. 158 of an engineering project of a petroleum refinery, the ＂Project Life Time Schedule Milestone Distribution Diagram＂ is presented, the experience in the application of Weekly Progress Report is discussed and improvements are recommended.
