摘要
基于空间承灾资源的稀缺性及其需求的动态性与不确定性,利用双向S-粗集(two direction singular rough sets),首先定义空间承灾资源类的F-需求量与需求度,F-需求量规律与需求度规律的概念;然后提出空间承灾资源类的F-需求量与需求度关系定理,F-需求量规律与需求度规律关系定理,F-需求分辨定理;最后给出F-需求度规律识别准则及其应用的案例。
Based upon the scarce characteristic of emergency spatial hazard affected resource and the dynamic, uncertain characteristics of its demand, firstly this paper defines the concepts of spatial hazard affected resource class F-demand quantity and demand degree, F-demand quantity law and demand degree law by means of two direction singular rough sets. Then it proposes the relation theorems between spatial hazard affected resource class F-demand quantity and demand degree, demand quantity law and demand degree law, and the discernibility theorem of F-demand. At last it presents the recognition criteria of F-demand degree law and its application case.
