液压自由活塞发动机的惯性负载与热效率研究

摘要 为研究液压自由活塞发动机的惯性负载与热效率,分析了惯性负载对发动机燃烧进程的影响,指出惯性负载对速燃期气缸等容加热起着重要作用,缸内峰值压力通常可达6—9MPa,热能得到充分利用,发动机具有较高的热效率。针对液压自由活塞发动机惯性负载不足的缺陷,提出了机械、液感和机-液3种惯性加载方案。其中,机-液加载综合了机械加载能耗小,液感加载结构紧凑的优点,该方案采用节流阀控制液动机的流量,可实现对惯性负载的动态控制,是1种值得进一步研究的加载方式。 To study the inertial load and the thermal efficiency of hydraulic free piston engine, this paper analyzes the influence of inertial load on the burning performance of internal combustion engines and points out that the inertial load is important for the cylinder to be heated with a constant volume in a fast burning period. In the cylinder, the maximum pressure reaches 6 - 9 MPa, the heat energy is used fully and the thermal efficiency of engine is high. In order to remediate the deficiency of inertial load for the hydraulic free piston engine, this paper presents a mechanical, hydraulic and hydro-mechanical loading method. The hydro-mechanical loading method incorporates the advantages of both the mechanical loading method with small size and the hydraulic one with low-consuming energy. The method uses the throttle to control the flux of the hydraulic motor, and the inertial load can be easily controlled in a dynamic state. The loading method is worth further studying.
