摘要 设计了通用移动通信系统数据业务的服务保障方法,接入网络借鉴IntServ模型,核心网融入DiffServ模型,结合网络自身的特点实现了端到端服务质量QoS的体系结构,分析了为保证商定的QoS协议各层所提供的功能,阐述了QoS协商、QoS修改以及用户切换网络后的QoS重协商过程。该方法的仿真表明了良好的服务质量和相应性,体现了高链路利用率。 This paper designs a novel service safeguard method for UT ( universal mobile telecommunication system)., in which IntServ model is applied to access network while DiffServ model is applied to core network. The mechanism to guarantee the QoS on UT is proposed. The mechanism realizes an end-to-end QoS framework. In the framework, function of protocol on each layer is discussed, and the characteristics of network are considered. Such work processes as the negotiation of QoS, the modification of QoS and the renegotiation of QoS are described when users perform inter-region handover. The result is presented by testing work process and the QoS of services. Simulations on the method indicate good service quality, responsiveness and high link utilizations.
