摘要
研究了两家不同生产厂的冷轧无取向电工钢成品的化学成分、组织及力学性能,进而研究了其对磁性能的影响。结果表明:Si+A1量增加时,铁损降低;夹杂物类型主要为链状AlN夹杂以及较粗大球块状的MnO和SiO2类夹杂,它们对磁性能和力学性能均有不利影响;晶粒尺寸相对较粗大时,铁损较低,有较好的磁性能。
In this article, the chemical composition and microstructure and mechanical performance of cold-rolled non-oriented electric steel produced by two different manufacturers is studied, as well as its impact on magnetic properties. The result indicates: As the amount of Si + A1 increases, iron loss is reduced; Inclusions are mainly comprised of chain-like AIN inclusions and bulky ball-like MnO and SiOz inclusions, both have negative impact on magnetic and mechanical properties; Iron loss is lower and magnetic properties is better when grain size is bigger.
