摘要
皮革加工是以动物皮为原料,经化学处理和机械加工而完成的。皮革加工过程中产生废水分为鞣前废水、鞣制废水、鞣后废水三部分。由于裸皮经铬鞣制后,皮革革身柔软丰满、细致、湿热稳定性好,因此铬盐作为鞣制剂被广泛运用于皮革生产中,研究表明皮革结合铬约占使用量77%,过多的铬则留在废铬液中被排放。铬鞣废液是制革废水的重要组成部分,其中含有大量Cr3+(40%),过多的铬如果不经处理就直接随废水排放,将对环境造成重大影响。本文通过查阅大量资料,对国内外目前常采用铬鞣废水治理方法进行综合叙述。
Tannery is processed with animal skin as material.It is produced by means of chemical and mechanical method.Chromium(III) salts are the most widely used chemicals for tanning processes,because the tannery becomes pliable,exquisite,and steady after Chorme tanning.It is said that the tannery absorbs about 77% of the Chromium(III) salts,and the rest remains in the wastewater.Chorme tanning is the most important part of tannery wastewater.About 40% of the chromium amount remains in the wastewater.The wastewater will cause serious environment impact without being pretreated.The usual treatments for chrome tanning wastewater were summarized in this study.
