12个桑树品种桑叶中的1-脱氧野尻霉素含量测定与分析 被引量:32

摘要 基于开发我国桑树资源的药用保健功能的目的,采用柱前荧光衍生高效液相色谱法对云南省不同种的12个桑树品种桑叶中的1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-DNJ)含量进行了检测与分析。结果表明:不同桑树品种桑叶中的1-DNJ含量有差异,其中开远蒙桑桑叶中的1-DNJ的质量比为4.070 mg/kg,其含量最高,极显著高于其他品种;水桑、开远鬼桑、河口长穗桑桑叶中的1-DNJ含量较高,显著高于其余品种;其余8个品种之间的差异不显著。 To exploit medical function of the mulberry resources, we determined and analysed the 1-DNJ content in leaf of 12 mulberry varieties in Yunnan by high performance liquid chromatography with pre-column derivatization method. The results showed that 1-DNJ content is different in different varieties. The 1-DNJ content in Kaiyuanmengsang,4. 070 mg/kg, is highest. The 1-DNJ content in Shuisang, Kaiyuanguisang, and Hekouchangshuisang are higher than that of rest varieties. The 1-DNJ content in rest varieties show no significant difference.
