Objecitve Evaluating the influence of intensive military training on concentrations of trace elements, including calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron and copper, in blood of healthy volunteers.Method Peripheral blood from the fingers volunteers were sampled and analyzed by trace element auto-analyzer. Results Con-centrations of Zn^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^2+ and Cu^2+/Zn^2+ in peripheral bloods of volunteers after training were lower than that of volunteers before training, they were (106.70±26.84)μmol/L,(1.56±0.60)mmol/L, (221.18±38.57)μmol/L and (0.15±0.04) (P〈0.05).Concentrations of Cu^2+ and Ca^2+ were (16.53±6.78)μmol/L and(2.19±0.29)mmol/L, they were significant lower than Zn^2+,Mg^2+ and Fe^2+.Conclusion The concentration of five trace elements in peripheral bloodsshowe that intensive military training influence for the trace elements levels distinctly.Appropriate trace elements complementarity is benefit for reviviscence.
