摘要
本文系统地研究了聚偏氯乙烯(PVDF)与液晶聚合物(LCP)共混体系的合金组成,加工工艺条件对共混物制件的力学、耐磨性能的影响,并用扫描电镜SEM观察合金的形态结构。研究结果表明:在液晶含量10%左右时,加工温度在210℃下,合金拉伸强度最高,磨耗量降低,体系分散均匀并形成了较多的微纤结构。
The effects of the compositions and Processing technology of PVD/LCP alloy on themechanical and wear resistant properties of the alloy parts were studied. Meanwhile the morphology of PVDF/LCP alloy was observed by un The experimental results showed WhenLCP content was about 10% and the Processing temperature was at 210℃, the alloy had thehighest tensile strength, and the abrasion loss decreased. The system of the alloy dispersedevenly and formed more dricrofibrils.
