摘要
为探讨激素治疗单纯性骨囊肿的机理,研究激素注射对单纯性骨囊肿囊壁TGF-β1、bFGF表达的影响。对非激素治疗组13例和激素治疗组5例的骨囊肿囊壁分别进行免疫组化检测,分析其TGF-β1、bFGF表达的变化。结果激素治疗组囊壁中TGF-β1、bFGF的表达水平明显高于非激素治疗组,经统计学分析有显著性差异。表明醋酸甲基强的松龙囊内注射能明显的刺激囊壁TGF-β1、bFGF含量的增加,对单纯性骨囊肿有肯定的治疗作用。
To approach the mechanism of hormone therapy on purely bone cyst and influence of injection of hormone on expression of TGFβ-1 and bFGF on capsule wall of purely bone cyst. 18 cases of bone cyst were divided into two groups, group A (13 cases, non-hormone therapy) and group B (5 cases, hormone therapy), capsule wall of them were made to immunity detection. Changes on expression of TGFβ-1 and bFGF on them were analyzed. The level of expression of TGFβ-1 and bFGF on capsule wall of purely bone cyst in group B was obviously higher than that in group A. There had significant difference on statistics between them. It showed that the method of acetic acid methylprednisolone injection in the bag could increase contents of TGFβ-1 and bFGF on capsule wall, and had positive therapeutical effect on purely bone cyst.
