摘要
以N-对氨基苯基-2-乙基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮和水杨醛为原料,合成了标题化合物席夫碱,并测定了它的晶体结构.其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,a=1.249 2(2),b=1.391 6(2),c=0.974 5(2)nm;β=93.742(2)°;Mr=334.36,V=1.690 4(2)nm3,Dc=1.314 g/cm3,Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=0.089 mm-1,F(000)=704.晶体结构用直接法解出,使用全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最后的偏离因子R=0.093 3,Rw=0.244 0.
The title Schiff base was synthesized with the N-p-aminophenyl-2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-4- pyridinone and salicyladehyde as raw materials. Its crystal structure was determined to be triclinic, space group P-1 with a=1.249 2(2),b=1.391 6(2),c=0.974 5(2)nm;β=93.742(2)°;Mr=334.36,V=1.690 4(2)nm^3,Dc=1.314 g/cm^3,Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=0.089 mm^-1,F(000)=704. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by full-matrix method of least-squares to the final R =0. 093 3, Rw=0. 244 0.
