摘要
通过对影响表面形貌生成的刀具形状、进给速度及刀具与工件间的振动等多种因素的分析开发了车削加工表面形貌的仿真程序,并给出了仿真实例.根据仿真模型,利用OpenGL实现了车削加工的实时显示,仿真结果直观地反应了表面形貌的变化情况.
This paper has developed program of surface topography by analyzing tool geometry, feed rate, relative vibration between the tool and the workpiece, and represented some simulation results, and developed program of dynamic turning by OpenGL. The simulation results has proved that the system can reflect variety of surface topography.
