摘要
采用相转移催化法,以苄基三甲基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,通过正交实验,得到改进合成4-苯基-1,3-二噁烷的最佳反应条件,提高了收率和纯度.实验表明,相转移催化剂的用量为甲醛摩尔数的1.2%,原料投料比(甲醛和苯乙烯的摩尔比)为1.6∶1,硫酸的浓度为40%,反应时间为4 h、反应温度为30℃时,产物选择性最好,收率为92%.
The optimum condition for the synthesis of 4-phenyl-1,3-dioxane from styrene was reported, via orthogonal experiment and phase transfer catalysis, where the catalyst was benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. The yield and purity of the product was greatly increased. When mass ratio of the phase transfer catalyst to formaldehyde was 1.2%, molar ratio of formaldehyde to styrene was 1.6 : 1, sulfuric acid density was 40%, reaction time was 4 h, reaction temperature was 30℃, purity of the product was best, and yield was 92%.
