摘要
应用DSC/TG-MS联用新技术研究了CL-20与NC/NG双基混合体系的相互作用,在溶解制样条件下,NC/NG体系与CL-20不仅有物理相互作用,还有明显的化学相互作用,表现为:CL-20的存在,使得NG的升华过程和CL-20的分解过程显著提前,NC/NG体系的分解过程滞后;并研究了不同粒度的CL-20的热失重过程,表现为大颗粒CL-20热分解过程中有两次明显的热失重,小颗粒CL-20为一次热失重。
Under the condition that the samples were resolved in the proper solution, the interaction between CL-20 and NC-NG system were investigated by the use of DSC/TG-MS technology. The interaction rules are that the decomposition progress of CL-20 and NC-NG systems not only have some physical interaction, but also have obvious chemical interaction. The result shows that the sublimation progress of NG and the decomposition progress of CL-20 have been moved along evidently and the decomposition progress of NC-NG systems have been delayed. The thermal weightlessness of different size of CL-20 also indicated that the CL-20 with larger size has twice weightlessness, while the CL-20 with smaller size has once during thermal decomposition procedure.
