摘要
以大白鼠为实验材料，利用Ｂｉｏｃｙｔｉｎ作为示踪素，在Ｖｉｔｒｏ水平上采用细胞内注入的方法，揭示其听觉皮层锥体神经元的形态学特性。
As a perlude to an study of morphological properties of neurons in the auditory cortex,we investigated pyramidal cells in an intracellar in vitro analysis in young and adult rats.Recordings were obtained with micropipettes filled with biocytin which was iontophoretically injected into physiologically characterized neurons to reveal their somadendritic and axonal morphology.
