摘要
在实证调查基础上,对和平古镇的保护价值与现实困境进行分析,提出应摒弃单一保护与更新模式的思维,通过理顺行政管理体系、推动公众参与和建立多元化融资体系,构建古镇长效保护与更新机制。
On the basis of empirical investigation, the value and practical difficulties of the preservation of Heping town in north Fujian were analyzed. It is proposed that the single-sided thinking of preservation and renewal be discarded. It is suggested that a long-term mechanism of preservation and renewal of ancient towns be constructed through rationalizing administrative system, promoting public participation and establishing diversified financing system.
