连续流泡沫分离法去除水中的Cr(Ⅵ)

摘要 采用连续式泡沫分离法处理废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),考察了pH值、阳离子表面活性剂质量浓度、气量、回流量、进水流量、液位高度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响规律.分析发现最佳的操作条件是pH值为4.00、气量为0.10 m3/h、回流量15.0 L/h、进水1.0 L/h、表面活性剂质量浓度为300.0 mg/L、液位高为105.0 cm,此时去除率88.5%.实验结果表明,连续式泡沫分离技术处理水中的Cr(Ⅵ)效果比较稳定. Removal of chromium (Ⅵ) dissolved in water by continuous foam separation was conducted. The influences of various factors on removal efficiency were investigated systematically, including pH value, surfactant concentration, air flow rate, circumfluence flux, liquid feed rate and liquid phase height. Experimental results show that, when pH value of feed solution is 4.00, air flow rate 0.9m^3/h, circumfluence flux 15L/h, liquid feed rate 1L/h,surfactant concentration 300 mg/L, liquid phase height 105 cm, the maximum removal efficiency of chromium( Ⅵ ) reaches as high as 88.5%, meaning that the continuous foam separation can remove chromium( Ⅵ ) from aqueous solution steadily.
