摘要
研究了硫酸、双氧水、反应温度、反应时间和投料方式对合成交联剂叔丁基过氧化氢的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件、"三废"治理方案和工艺流程。
The effects of sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature, reaction time and feeding methods on synthesis of crosslinking agent tert-butyl hydroperoxide were studied in the paper. The optimum process conditions, treatment scheme for waste water and process flow were fixed.
