摘要
鸦片战争后以太平天国起义为首的农民运动动摇了清朝封建统治的经济基础,庞大的军费开支使清政府面临空前的财政危机。为了摆脱财政经济的困境,清政府采取了一系列对策以缓和财政危机。这些对策不仅改善了政府的财政经济状况,还对当时的政治、经济和社会结构产生了重要影响。
After the Opium War to the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom uprising led by the peasant movement shaken the feudal rule of the Qing Dynasty economic foundation, huge military-spending so that the Qing government facing an unprecedented financial crisis. To free itself from the economic predicament, the Qing government adopted a series of measures to alleviate the financial crisis. These measures not only improve the government＇s financial and economic situation, but also on the prevailing political, economic and social structures have an important impact.
