摘要
变电站电气误操作为何屡禁不止,笔者从变电站规避风险的策略分析,认为应逐步弱化人在其中的作用,人员在变电站的安全因素中始终是一个随机变量,只有通过五防装置以及其他防误措施等硬件措施才能使得变电站能长期坚持安全运行。
Considering the misoperation cannot be avoided completely in the substation, this paper takes the point that human beings＇ effects in substation shouhd be weakened through the analysis of substation risk elusion strategy. Staff is a random variable in substation safety factors, and therefore, substation can be in the long - term safe - run state only by applying hardware methods such as the microcomputer, basic misoperation - proof lockout device or some other sorts of measures for misoperation.
