两种多普勒方法评价冠心病患者左室舒张功能比较 被引量：1

摘要 目的:了解组织多普勒成像(DTI)技术在评价冠心病患者左室舒张功能减退中的作用,并与常用的二尖瓣口血流频谱E/A比值方法相比较。方法:用DTI检测经临床已确诊冠心病患者32例二尖瓣瓣环处的组织多普勒频谱和二尖瓣口血流频谱并与正常对照组比较。结果:DTI测量冠心病组:室间隔、左室侧壁及下壁对应二尖瓣瓣环处组织多普勒均表现为E峰降低、A峰增高、E/A值降低,而二尖瓣口血流频谱的E、A峰及E/A值与正常对照组比较无明显差异。结论:DTI测量二尖瓣环水平处的心肌运动速度频谱,是一种无创、定量评价左室舒张功能的方法。结合二尖瓣口血流频谱共同评价左室舒张功能会更为全面一些。
