摘要
综述了90年代碱性锌锰电池中有机代汞缓蚀剂的研究概况。从亲水基和疏水基两方面总结了缓蚀剂分子结构对缓蚀效果的影响,并提出了发展适合我国国情的有机代汞缓蚀剂的设想。作者的研究结果表明,将一种阳离子表面活性剂和一种肟类有机物复配,可得到一种缓蚀效率更高并有实用价值的代汞缓蚀剂。
This paper reviews the research status of the organic mercury substituting inhibitors in alkaline zinc manganese batteries in 1990s.The influence of molecular structure of the inhibitors on the inhibiting effect is summarized on both sides of the hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group.It also presents the tentative ideas suited to the conditions of our country to develop the organic mercury substituting inhibitors.Our studies showed that a more effctive mercury substituting inhibitor with practical value can be obtained by the composite formation of a cationic surfactant and an oxime.
