摘要
介绍了由金属和石墨构成的波齿复合垫片的结构、性能、应用和试验研究方法,指出了需要进一步研究和解决的问题。对波齿复合垫片采用正交试验方法,设计了三因素三水平试验方案,并对垫片及其骨架的性能分别采用有限元模拟计算和试验进行分析。研究显示该垫片具有良好的压缩回弹性能和密封性能,适用于压力波动较大的场合。
The structure, performance, application and the methods of experimental investigation of the composite gaskets by corrugated metal sheet is introduced. It also puts forward the problems which should be researched and solved. The study plot is planed with three factors and three grades adopting orthogonal experimental design method, investigated the compressibility and resilience performance of the gaskets and its metal framework adopting finite element analysis and experiment method. The investigation indicates that the gasket has good compressibility, resilience and sealing behavior, and it is suitable to be used in the situation of pressure fluctuation.
