摘要
介绍了一种扩大齿轮泵排量覆盖面的方法。通过CBN-E300系列齿轮泵和CBN-E2.75/**系列齿轮泵的轮齿重合系数、单位齿宽排量的计算与比较,可知改变轮齿的齿高系数,可有效扩大齿轮泵的排量覆盖面。
A method of extending displacement range for gear pump was introduced. Through calculation and comparison in the contact ratio of the gear pair and the gear breadth of a displacement unit between CBN-E300 series gear pumps and CBN-E2.75/^＊＊ series gear pumps, it is shown that the tooth depth coefficients can be changed and displacement range for gear pumps can be extended.
