摘要
提出了一种采用滚齿仿真来构建齿轮三维模型的新方法。在AutoCAD中,通过ActiveX Automation开发技术,采用单齿槽建模的方法,成功实现了齿轮精确的三维造型。该方法提高了齿轮三维建模的效率与精度,并为齿轮的滚刀设计和有限元分析提供了理论依据。
A new method of 3D modeling of gear by gear- hobbing simulation was presented. Based on AutoCAD ActiveX Automation technique, 3D modeling of gear was realized accurately through single gear slot modeling. This approach can improve 3D modeling efficiency and precision of gear, which provides theory basis for gear hob design and finite method analysis of gear.
