摘要
海洋工程建设中涉及风、波浪、潮汐、海流等多种要素,且多时段观测得到了大量数据,这对数据的管理及分析处理造成不小的麻烦。面对大量实测的海洋数据,如何提供既安全又经济的海洋环境条件设计标准,对于海洋工程建设与开发都是至关重要的。依据RZ海洋站1980年至1994年观测数据,针对过去用传统的手工整理分析水文资料繁琐费力、效率低、计算精度不高的弊端,探讨了利用数据库与MATLAB、Delphi等程序设计语言混合编程的可行性,提出了实现从数据库提取数据到统计分析直至图形绘制的自动化方案,分别以风、浪玫瑰图以及常见极值分布和潮位历时累积频率曲线的绘制为例,完成程序的设计工作。
Ocean engineering construction is involved in wind, wave, tide, ocean current and multi-period observation. Due to large quantity of data, the input, management and analysis of these data will take much more time. Facing to such a not-easy obtained marine data, how to offer a not only safe but also economic ocean environmental condition design standard plays an important role in engineering construction and ocean engineering development. Selecting observation data from 1980 to 1994 at P,Z hydrologic station, the shortage of artificialy processing data is lying at lower efficiency. The feasibility of mixing programming with Matlab, Delphi and other softwares are proved. Wind and wave rose diagrams can be dipicted. Common extreme distributions and cumulative frequency curve of tide level are finally finished.
