摘要
目的:观察炙甘草汤对冠心病经皮冠状动脉球囊成形术(PTCA)术后心律失常变化的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为炙甘草汤组和倍他乐克组,观察患者临床症状、动态心电图、超声心动图等指标进行统计学分析。结果:炙甘草汤可显著缓解临床症状,降低PTCA术后心律失常发生率,与倍他乐克组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示:炙甘草汤可有效减少冠心病PTCA术后再灌注心律失常的发生率。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of Zhigancao soup after percutaneous coronary angioplasty （PTCA） arrhythmia change. Methods ：Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups and decoction metoprolol group. Abserve Clinical symptoms, Holter,echocardiography and so the results were statistically analyzed. Results ：Decoction can significantly relieve symptoms and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia after PTCA. Metoprolol group with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The Zhigancao soup can be effective in reducing the incidence of coronary heart disease arrhythmia after PTCA.
