股骨重建钉在治疗股骨转子下骨折中的临床应用
摘要
股骨转子下骨折是发生在小转子下和股骨干峡部之间的骨折，约占髋部骨折的10％～34％。我院自2003年1月～2006年12月45例股骨转子下骨折患者采用RIN内固定，取得良好疗效，分析如下。
