摘要
煤粒从直接还原回转窑窑头喷入后受到快速加热,引起煤的结构变化,使煤对 CO_2的化学反应性增大。煤的气化反应速度常数(K_m)与加热速度(v_t)呈幂函数关系 K_m=Av_t^B;煤反应性对铁矿球团还原的还原率与 K_m 近似呈线性关系,从而揭示了窑头喷煤强化回转窑直接还原的机理。
By pulverized coal injection at the discharge end of kiln,coal is heated at a high speed and the structure of coal particles is changed greatly with an increase in reactivity of coal with carbon dioxide.The expression of the relationship between coal gasification rate constant(K_m)and heating speed(v_t)is K_m=Av_t^B.The relationship between pellet reduction rate and K_m,is approximatly linear.The research work has discovered that the reduction could be speeded up in kiln by pulverized coal injection at the discharge end.
