摘要
本文分析了目前福建省花生加工产业的优势和劣势,提出了花生优化种植结构、扩大种植面积,培育优质专用品种、重视利用科技成果、提高产品深加工的附加值等发展对策。
The advantages and disadvantages of peanut processing industry in Fujian Province were analyzed. Some development strategies were proposed as follows： optimizing planting structure, expanding planting area, cultivating high quality special-purpose peanut varieties, enhancing peanut product intensive processing, applying scientific and technical achievements and so on.
