摘要
通过对我国体育运动项目协会"实体化"背景的分析,指出我国体育运动项目协会"实体化"面临着经济体制不完善、生产力水平不高、思想落后、政府运行机制制约失衡等多层障碍;指出应加快体制创新、加快体育社团职能转变、强化宏观管理、发展社会体育中介组织、实现协会的法制管理。
Analyzing the social background of materialization of our sport societies, this article pointed out the obstacles of materialization to be surmounted such as the imperfect economic system, the low level of production, the laggard thinking and the unbalanced supervision of the governmental operational mechanism; therefore, steps should be taken to enhance system innovation, quicken the functions transformation of sport societies, strengthen the micromanagement, develop mediate agency of social sport and realize the law-based control to the societies.
