摘要 介绍了国际上纳米技术专利的分类方法、技术内容,以及美国专利局和欧洲专利局推出的纳米技术专属分类977和Y01N。对国际专利分类、美国专利分类和欧洲专利局专利分类中针对纳米技术的专利分类进行了介绍。 International patent classifications for nanotechnology were introduced respectively. Two international patent classifications for nanotechnology, USPC 977 proposed by the United States Patent &Trademark Office, and ECLA Y01N by the European Patent Office, are available in the patent retrieval now. The patent classifications for nanotechnology, including the international classification, the classification by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the classification by European Patent Office, were described here in detail.
